45th Anniversary Celebration and Luncheon

45th Anniversary Celebration and Luncheon, September 19 at the Biltmore. We are both fortunate and excited to have the Hon. Kamala Harris as our keynote speaker. In a series of firsts, she was elected the first Black American, first Asian-American and first female Attorney General of California 2010 and re-elected in 2014. Now Harris is running for the United States Senate seat being vacated by Senator Barbara Boxer.

Free Documentary Film Screening

Followed by a panel discussion with representatives from local universities, State Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson & other policy makers.

An exposé of rape crimes on U.S. college campuses, their institutional cover-ups, and the devastating toll they take on students and their families.  Panelists will explore how this issue is handled locally and answer questions.

Compassion & Choices is committed to helping everyone have the best death possible. They offer free consultation, planning resources, referrals and guidance, and across the nation they work to protect and expand options at the end of life. Come by and see us! And learn about a cause that we support. We will be assisting with voter registration!
