By-Laws Democratic Women of Santa Barbara County

Proposed by-laws change:

"Officers may be re-elected to the same position, generally not to exceed two consecutive terms. However, the Board of Directors, on a case-by-case basis, may decide to recommend a longer term. A recommendation for a longer term will need to be presented to the general membership at the Annual Meeting in conformity with the provisions of Article IV."
